I am a Life Coach and Certified Victims Advocate for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. My passion and gift is facilitating change for women at all stages of their journey. I guide women using their own passionate commitment and enthusiasm to achieve their individual transformation.
I have been a woman in recovery from domestic abuse as well as from alcohol dependence, so I know what it takes to pick yourself up and create the life you will love.
My clientele are women who are committed to making the necessary changes in their lives to get the life they want. We will focus on personal responsibility as there is no other place to begin.
